MONEY: 2 KILLER TRAPS

(Investigating the killer money monsters)

“I watched my parents struggle with money as a child and those who didn’t seem like them, struggled in their old age…” Anonymous

WHEN MONEY KILLS
There’s an underground killer of men and women hidden inside money. Two of them are responsible for killing lots of people. You know them, this treatise is to make you acknowledge them and apply the right medication.

KILLER TRAPS SET BY MONEY
There are 2 of them extremely positioned, like the poles – north and south, or electrical charges and magnetic fields – positive and negative. These two money traps have sent lots of men and women to their early and lost graves. So carefully consider them.

  1. THE FEAR OF LOOSING MONEY: This fear has killed a lot of people. It starts with the quest to make money and many people have died in that search. Those who survived that quest and eventually made money, find themselves trapped in the fear of losing it. Such fear, births the under listed killers:
  • Savings: I read of a young man who saved his earnings to his starvation and ended up diseased with stomach ulcer. A lot of people are there, saving till they hurt themselves and even die in the process.
  • Investment: Some become so investment wise until they lose touch with humanity and themselves. It becomes a mental disease, where to fend for themselves and others becomes a pain and self-ruination. To even pay for goods and services becomes an abuse. I met a man who boasted, not paying artisans after their jobs by looking for faults to assist default.
  • Criminality: The digital space is populated with fraudsters, as much as the physical space. Political office holders steal money they don’t need. Religious leaders task their members in the name of God to pay. Followed embracing get rich schemes unguardedly.
  • Love my money: I recall a senior bank executive, telling me I can kill for money – I mightn’t have met a few like him who adores money – they look rich but act poorly. There is the upsurge of kidnapping, banditry and money rituals like never before.

2. THE LACK OF MONEY: This trap may look worse to the former, but the outcome is the same – both kills. The lack of money, best described, is poverty. It changes your thoughts and sense to rationalize and good behavior. You start demonstrating some life threatening traits:

  • Hygiene is lost: you live under condition you naturally should hate. Your surroundings smells and you stink. Stench describes your neighbours and diseases your allies – death cries all around you.
    • Hostility: Some of the most hostile environment on earth are populated by those who lacks money. I was recently told of a location that even the law enforcement agents, dread to go there. It’s become an harbour for crooks and criminals – death is their rhythm.
    • Begging and Borrowing: The lack of money reduces one to the beggars status. And a lot borrowers – even the working class are enmeshed in IOU. A lot live all their lives begging and borrowing – such comes with killer stress.
    • Loss of morality: I heard of a young man, who kept sleeping with his neighbours wife and two daughters, because they’d go to his house to watch TV. The level of immorality by poverty and lag is staggeringly high. Where the married and unmarried bury in excuses of trading their body to stay afloat.
    • Poverty mentality: The lack of money eventually changes the mentality of the poor. They start seeing the rich and riches as enemies, threats and a life impossible to live or not even worth living. They become idle and lazy. To them, squalor becomes the ideal way of life.
    • MANAGEMENT OF THESE MONEY TRAPS
    1. Recognize and own up to be trapped.
    2. Know that money can be gotten, grown and lost.
    3. Never negotiate using the money you earn on yourself. You impoverish yourself, you’d die suddenly.
    4. Know that you have the right to live well as long as God gave you the right to existence.
    5. Recognize that some people would want to live your life, live their life through you and pass on their failed life to you. Knowing this is key to enable you draw the lines. Remember, such people could be blood related.
    6. Never regret spending your money on yourself.
    7. Know that savings and investment are not more important to what you eat, wear and where you live – they’re part of your savings and investment.
    8. Distance yourself from systems that makes you treat yourself less important.
    9. Change your environment and association, to change your mindset.
    10. Reexamine your religious belief as you consider God’s intention as I close.
There are more to what you just read. I’d summarize it to you avoiding the traps of money now, the better for you and your existence. OLD AGE IS NOT THE RIGHT TIME TO CORRECT THE 2 MONEY TRAPS
I have seen many old people in regrets of, “had I known earlier”. Some felt, if only they were younger. You don’t want an old age of cries, woes and regrets. What that means is that, take charge of you and your life. Take ownership of your life and snatch the control of your life from external forces and systems – secular and religious affections and affiliations. Perhaps you want to know why❓

God, your creator, didn’t see it necessary to control your life, but handed you the blueprint of “BE FRUITFUL AND MULTIPLY, REPLENISH THE EARTH AND SUBDUE IT…” Gen. 1:28.
